Close the Year Softly. Begin the Next with Care.

Two soulful workshops to meet yourself where you are, honor what’s been, and step into a new year rooted in your own rhythm of care.

Reflection as Reclamation, your exhale. A soft space to look back and reclaim your energy, time, and care.

Care as Self-Belonging, your inhale. A grounded beginning to shape what’s next with clarity and intention.

Because care was never meant to be one-sided.

You’ve held a lot this year.

And maybe you’ve done it so naturally, you didn’t even notice how much you were carrying. The decisions. The expectations. The pace. The unseen emotional weight of keeping everything and everyone moving.

But even the strongest hands need rest, the busiest minds need quiet, and every giver needs a way home to herself.

These two gatherings are your place to breathe again. Time to set it all down. To reflect. And connect to the woman underneath it all. The one who still belongs to herself.

Come as you are. Tender, Curious, Hopeful.

Step into a space to honor the year you’ve lived and to shape the care that will carry you forward. And leave feeling grounded, clear, and a little more connected to yourself.

There comes a moment, when a woman knows she must stop moving long enough to feel what’s true.

First Workshop:
Reflection as Reclamation

Thursday, December 11th, 2025 at 7:00 PM ET

Reflection as Reclamation is your exhale. A soft place to set down what’s been heavy, to see the beauty and bravery inside all that holding, and to call your energy back where it belongs. This is your soft landing before the year closes. We’ll light candles, get comfy, and take time to pause, not to plan or make new year resolutions, but to come home to the truth of what this year has asked of you.

Because reflection isn’t just about slowing down; it’s about giving attention to what’s really guiding you.

It’s how you take your energy, your focus, and your time off autopilot and place them back where they belong: with you.

I’ll guide you through a grounded meditation and journal prompts to explore:

• what’s been brave, beautiful, and true
• what’s felt full, what’s stretched you, and what you might be ready to set down
• the invisible care work you’ve carried and what it’s revealed about your patterns of care

We'll bring in the Care Compass Archetypes to notice how these care patterns have moved through your year: the tender part that overgives, the doer who keeps going, the rescuer who steps in without being asked, or the one that holds it all quietly inside.

You’ll leave with gentle insight, a sense of connection, and maybe a little more permission to set something down before the year ends.

Second Workshop:
Care as Self-Belonging

Saturday, January 10th, 2026 at 11 AM ET

As a new year begins, this gathering offers a gentle way to re-enter: slower, softer, and more intentional.

In Care as Self-Belonging, we’ll build on the reflections from December and begin to shape what’s next. Not through resolutions or rigid plans, but through clarity, rhythm, and choice. Care that includes you. Because when you belong to yourself, you stop chasing balance and start creating it.

Together, we’ll craft your Personal Care Rhythm for 2026 . Think of it as your care companion, something simple and grounding, and that honours your needs, restores your energy, and keeps you connected to yourself when life gets full.

You’ll be guided through reflection, intention-setting, and a grounding meditation to help you root into that rhythm, a moment to breathe, embody your intention, and leave feeling centered, calm, and ready to begin again.

We’ll end with a collective oracle card reading. A shared message to carry with you into the year ahead, reminding you that care, like belonging, is never something you have to do alone.

Two gatherings, woven together to help you reclaim your rhythm, realign your energy, and begin again rooted in care.

  • “Michelle is a gifted coach and talented and gracious facilitator. I am so glad to have her in my corner! I took part in one of Michelle's self-care groups, and it felt like coming home. Michelle creates a warm, inclusive environment and it was really affirming to be able to connect with such a diverse range of women and realize we all had such a powerful commonality.”

    Julia Petrisor

  • “Michelle's workshop was the self-care moment I needed. There never seems to be time to take a breath and tend to my own needs. Michelle's self-care workshop reminded me that taking time for myself is important and necessary for my well-being. Michelle made the group experience warm and welcoming. And she led the circle with an honesty and a compassion that allowed everyone to openly share their feelings. I’m already looking forward to the next one.”

Hi! Michelle here.

I’ll be your guide for these gatherings, though really, we’ll be walking alongside each other. I created them as a little antidote to the keep-it-all-together pace we live in.

As a deep feeler and once a devoted over-giver, I know what it’s like to move through the world stretched beyond your emotional and energetic capacity. To hold so much for others that there’s hardly any room left for yourself.

Over the years, through my own healing and the countless women I’ve worked with, I’ve seen how easily care can turn into something we give away instead of something we live within.

These gatherings were born from that knowing. From the quiet ache that appears when we finally realize we’ve been missing from our own care.

My hope is that you give yourself this moment (not out of obligation, but out of care), to come back to how good it feels to be supported, seen, and surrounded by women doing the same.

✨ Get ready to lay this year down with tenderness and rise into the next carrying only what strengthens and nourishes you.
