Who is this program for?
I created my coaching package to support and counsel women on the path to acceptance and connection. If you're struggling to find yourself and recognize any of the scenarios below, there is room for you here.
You are a consummate helper, enabler, or people-pleaser, putting everyone's needs above your own.
